Where is my data stored? On your device only. PackSmart has no cloud and no account — see the privacy policy.
How do I back up my trips? Open Settings inside the app and use Backup to export all trips. You can restore from that backup any time.
I deleted a trip by accident. Deleting is immediate and local. If you exported a backup earlier, restore it from Settings; otherwise the trip can't be recovered.
Does it work in airplane mode? Yes — every feature works with zero connectivity.
How do I restore purchases? If you bought PackSmart Pro, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings on any device signed into the same Apple Account.
